transactional Services

 What is a Transactional Service?

A transactional service is a focused, task-specific activity that supports compliance and is in direct alignment with FAR 52.245-1 or DFARS 252.245-7005 requirements.

Why is this important?

Daily property transactions feed directly into the larger government property management process. When these transactional processes are accurate and compliant, contractors stay aligned with FAR 52.245‑1, DFARS 252.245‑7005, and contract requirements. LSAG helps ensure these activities are done correctly and consistently, reducing risk and supporting overall program success.

Transactional Activities

LSAG delivers fast, accurate, and compliance‑driven support for defense contractors, prime contractors, subcontractors, and consulting firms managing Government property under FAR 52.245‑1 and DFARS 252.245‑7005. These services are built for organizations that need immediate, hands‑on assistance with transactional requirements, such as processing loss cases, reviewing subcontract and purchase order flow‑down requirements, preparing for PMSAs, validating records, and supporting lifecycle property actions.

We also provide critical surge support when workloads spike, personnel are unavailable, or deadlines demand additional expertise. Whether you need one‑time assistance, temporary coverage, or expert preparation for a government or prime contractor visit, LSAG delivers practical, audit‑ready solutions that keep your programs compliant, efficient, and mission‑ready.

We stand ready to support the following critical transactional activities embedded and understood within FAR 52.245‑1 & DFARS 252.245‑7005

  • Developing internal controls and risk‑mitigation strategies
