 Pamela R. McFarland brings more than four decades of Government property management experience, beginning with her service in the U.S. Air Force and extending through senior leadership roles at major defense contractors including United Technologies, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and Raytheon Technologies. She retired in 2024 as the Senior Manager of Government Property Compliance.
